I work with artists, performers, companies, and organisations as a process director and performance coach helping people locate their process, develop live work, and step into their own presence with more confidence and less noise.
​
My approach is embodied and relational. I'm interested in what's actually happening in the room, not just what's supposed to be happening. I bring curiosity, directness, and experience across embodied practice, presence, attention, collaboration, social practice, education, project management, production, direction, and curations well as a lot of time sitting inside difficult creative moments as a performer and collaborator. I know what it feels like to not quite know where a piece wants to go yet.

This isn't about fixing or shaping. It's about creating the conditions for the work to become more fully itself.

Process Direction
When a project comes together whether it's one person with a vision or a whole company in a room I come in as an overseer of the whole process. I hold all the relationship between the strands together: production, marketing, lights, dramaturgy, wellbeing, play. I create the workflow, guide the room, and tie everything together in service of what the project is actually trying to do and why.

I think deeply about the desires of the artist, the needs of the work, and the context it's entering. My job is to keep the "why" in the room and orient every practical and creative decision around that.

For individuals // I enjoy working alongside a solo artist or maker as a trusted overseer holding the whole shape of your project so you can go deeper into the work itself and build trust in your own taste, intuition and creativity.
For companies & groups Coming into a team as an outside presence creating structure, enabling ease between collaborators, and keeping all the strands connected across the life of a project.

Performance coaching
One-to-one sessions focused on your presence, your instrument, and your relationship to your own material. For performers who want to go further into their body, their voice, their instincts with a skilled, direct, and genuinely curious guide.
I also work with people who perform outside of the arts: in boardrooms, in leadership, in public life. Presence is presence. The work is the same.
